At FaithWeaver Friends, we will spend our Discipleship Training time connecting our Christian faith with real life. Your child will be learning through drama, Bible Study and journaling. Then we will ask your child to apply what's being learned by completing daily challenges, having a daily quiet time and participating in community projects.

Quarterly your child will receive “keys”. These are great to hang on backpacks or other areas. This is an excellent opportunity for other children to ask your child about these and an open door for them to share and invite this child to church. We will plan quarterly projects in which they can participate if they choose. Listed below are the key earning opportunities:

Prayer Person: Opens your small group in prayer
Reader: Reads the Bible passages aloud
Materials Manager: hands out and collects supplies
Faith Weaver Key: for doing your daily Bible Reading
Friend to Friend Key: for participating in a children's visitation blitz
Service to family key: for completing your weekly and daily challenges
Service to friends: completing a service project
Service to Community: for completing a project to help our community
Service to Jesus: for completing a project to help our church
Service to Those in Need: for completing a project to help a civic organization
Service to Host: for bringing a friend to church

1st time visit: for our visitors who come
Faith Journal Fall 2006: for 90% attendance in DT
Circle Leader: for leading the Bible Story Drama
Asst Circle Leader: for helping in the Bible Story Drama
Cheerleader: you are caught helping or encouraging a friend
Fruit of the Spirit Keys: for living out the fruit of the spirit (patience, love, kindness & faithfulness)
Choir Key: for participating in children's choir
